Staff was super friendly, I didn't want to leave!

I liked the room, the bed was large. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator were available in a full kitchen. The location was EXCELLENT close to the city centre.

I strongly recommend, had fantastic experience here.

Porto Je T'Aime - Sweet Rooms provided a comfortable and clean stay during my transit in Vila Nova de Gaia. The bed linen and mattress felt brand new, ensuring a restful sleep. I also appreciated the added convenience of side lights and the availability of fresh towels and toilet paper. The friendly and polite staff made me feel welcomed, adding to the overall positive experience. the location was convenient with a nearby bus stop, shop, and bakery, making it easy to explore the area.

While the shared kitchen had all the necessary appliances, some of them seemed a bit outdated. However, this minor inconvenience did not significantly affect the overall quality of my stay at Porto Je T'Aime - Sweet Rooms.

It was an interesting place for our fantastic stay. The location was favourable, next to metro station. Found Il Piacere pizzeria 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there.

The room was impeccably clean and bright with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven.

The rooms at Porto Je T'Aime - Sweet Rooms are absolutely amazing! I stayed in a double room and it felt like a cozy home away from home. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and at ease. The balcony with a river view was breathtaking and provided a serene backdrop for my morning coffee. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a desk, and a private bathroom. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed linen and towels were clean and soft, giving me a hotel-like experience. Having a patio with a city view was a pleasant surprise and added to the charm of the room. I could unwind and take in the cityscape right from my own space. The terrace with a mountain view in certain units was also a nice touch. the attention to detail in the room decor and the thoughtfulness of the amenities made me feel like I was being pampered during my stay.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room to be a bit lacking. While this didn't ruin my stay, it would have been nice to have a bit more privacy and less noise from outside.

Our room had an amazing view and was filled with natural light, plus the bed was super comfortable. The shared kitchen was always clean thanks to the respectful guests and the lovely Dona Zaida. It was only a short 25-minute walk to the city center and Gaia waterfront, and we loved that this area had more locals than tourists. The manager was great at communicating and we had no issues arriving late. The convenience of having a big grocery store right across the street was a bonus. The overall experience completely exceeded our expectations, with the hosts being extremely nice and helpful, the rooms being clean, and the facilities being great, including a large shared kitchen. The location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the bridge and city center or a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The value for money was fantastic, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any traveler. It was a fantastic 4-night stay!

The room was so small, it felt like I was in a cozy coffin. The walls were as thin as a sheet of paper, I could hear my neighbor's every move. And let's not forget the open concept bathroom, perfect for a lack of privacy. So charming!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and a private shower. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. Plus, the hosts are friendly and always available for assistance. With a short walk to the metro station, guests can easily access all the attractions and amenities of the city.

The noise from the street can be a minor inconvenience, but it can be easily resolved by adjusting the windows in the rooms.

The nearest airport is conveniently far enough to not disturb my peace and quiet. However, the Arrabida Bridge at 5 km away was a prime spot to watch my hair get blown away by the wind.

I just love it when the walls in my room resemble cardboard. It really adds that extra touch of authenticity to my stay.
